Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Students are expected to arrive 15 minutes early, ready and prepared for their flight.
Cancellation policies
We require 48 hours notice for cancelations. Flight canceled with less then 48 hours notice are subject to a $125 cancelation fee for flights over 2 hours. Flights that exceed 2 hours are subject to a $250 cancelation fee.
Payment policies
Debit and Credit options are available, however we highly encourage payments to be made through E-transfer. All balances must be paid before the next flight.
